We are conveniently located at 108 Landin Road, New Haven, IN 46774. Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. We look forward to serving you and helping you achieve optimal health.
