We offer a range of services designed to help our patients achieve optimal health and wellness. Our services include chiropractic care, extremity adjusting, Graston, and x-ray analysis. Our chiropractor, Dr. Sara Nelson, has advanced training in Orthospinology Upper Cervical work and incorporates gentle full-spine adjusting as needed. We also offer on-site x-rays and are in-network with Quartz and Medicare.

Meet Dr. Nelson

Dr. Sara Nelson received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008. After a decade in practice, she pursued advanced training in Orthospinology Upper Cervical work. Dr. Nelson's approach is to locate the source of her patients' pain or dysfunction and correct it, rather than chasing symptoms.
