Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.
At Raymond Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center, we offer an integrative approach to the treatment of musculoskeletal problems, combining the best practices from chiropractic, soft-tissue therapies, and rehabilitation. Our reputation is built on providing exceptional, personalized service and delivering results efficiently and effectively. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and we have the services to back it up.
Sports-Oriented Chiropractic
Our approach to chiropractic is sports-oriented, which means that we take the best that chiropractic has to offer, such as manipulation, and integrate it into a comprehensive understanding of the human body's mechanics. Muscles attach to bones to move or stabilize joints. When treating an injury, we aim to understand it completely, including not only where it hurts but also where it originates, to truly resolve the problem.
Active Release Technique
Our doctors are certified Active Release Technique (ART) providers. ART is a cutting-edge soft tissue treatment system that enables us to find not only which muscles are tight, but exactly where within the muscle is tight, and how it affects your biomechanics. It also helps us to locate and break down scar tissue and adhesions that may be affecting the normal mobility of a muscle or joint.
Individualized Rehabilitative Exercise Programs
We offer individualized rehabilitative exercise programs that are customized to meet the specific needs of our patients. These programs are designed to help patients recover from injuries, prevent future injuries, and improve overall function and mobility. We believe that exercise is a critical component of the healing process and strive to create programs that are challenging, yet achievable, for our patients.
Instrument Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization
Instrument Assisted Soft-Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a manual therapy technique that uses instruments to break down fascial restrictions and scar tissue. This technique allows us to effectively treat soft-tissue dysfunctions and improve range of motion and function. We use IASTM in conjunction with other manual therapy techniques and exercises to provide a comprehensive treatment plan.
Our Promise
Our promise to all patients is simple and straightforward: we will do everything we can to help you find and fix the source of whatever problem is preventing you from achieving your goals. Whether you are a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone looking to improve your overall health and wellbeing, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of care and attention.
